How do we deliver your order at your place?
Your order will be delivered to your home by our carrier. Within a week you will receive an e-mail with an invitation to make an online delivery appointment. Delivery times are listed with the products.
Small articles will be sent via a parcel service. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification (including a Track & Trace code). Using the Track & Trace code you can track the shipment.
Are there any shipping costs associated with home delivery?
If the total amount of your order exceeds € 499,- no shipping costs apply for the Netherlands. For home delivery to an address in Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and France, the shipping costs are free from € 999,- and for Germany free home delivery is offered with an order value of € 749.- or more. Any shipping costs will be calculated before the completion of your order.
Can I indicate an alternative delivery address?
You can choose to have the order delivered to someone else. During the ordering process you can fill in an alternative delivery address. For example, you can have the order delivered to your work, or to someone else for whom the order is intended.
My delivered order does not contain all the items I ordered. What can I do?
Please note that the order may consist of several packages. It is possible that a part of the order unexpectedly arrives one or more working days later. If the order has not been delivered after several days, please contact our customer service.
Bopita delivers exclusively in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Austria. Unfortunately it is not possible to have orders delivered outside of these countries.
