Do you have a complaint or question about a new purchased product? Please fill in the Service Request Form completely, add the sales receipt of the product and if applicable also photos of the product/problem. Please note: products from our Outlet store, showroom models or second-hand purchases are not covered by the Bopita warranty terms.
